After looking at every kitty condo within 20 miles of our house, this one had everything we wanted. We wanted multiple levels. With many of the other condos, the higher they got the more they wobbled. When spending this much on a cat toy, we wanted something that would last. So far this works great. My only slight issue with it, is that the carpet covering it tends to shed. Most likely this is due to the cats chewing at it, so I didn't let that change my overall rating.

I love ove this kit. Needed to buy gravel and weeds (of course) and a heater for temps for tropical fish. The filter is basically silent. I have the tank on a table next to my bed in my room and I have to listen intently to detect that the filter is running. It's that quiet. I have (8) small fish in the 5.5 gallon tank (tetras and an algae eater) and they are very lively in all areas of the tank. I have only debated whether to add an air pump (or not), but there are constant air bubbles in the water from the out-flow of the filter so I'm doubting that I'll add one. Took about (5) weeks for the tank to basically "cycle" to the point where testing indicates that water-chemical content levels are stable and good for the fish. Not sure the fish could be happier!
